House Rules:

1. EMAIL ONLY. I will only accept commission inqiueries via EMAIL- ( kittykoolkatz25@gmail.com) Any other method of contact regarding commissions will be ignored. (This is for organization purposes and keeping things professional.)
2. PAYPAL ONLY. I use Paypal Invoices. Please make sure the email you are using to contact me with is trustworthy and up to date.
3. Prices are in USD.
4. Reference are highly recommended & sometimes required.
5. You will need to have either a visual reference, or a clear detailed physical description of any character(s) you want drawn. (Even if you have a small scribble of them it will help a lot in terms of reference and getting the character right)
6. Be clear and concise.
7. Please try not to be vague on what exactly you want for a commission. I do not work well with vague ideas and they will only serve to deter me from doing it, as well as delay the process.
8. I reserve the right to refuse service.
9. I cannot stress this enough. If I do not feel comfortable with a commission, I will not accept said commission and move on. Please do not be upset if this happens.
10. DO NOT TRY SOLICITING FREE ART.
11. Like everyone else; I need to eat and live. Art is my career and like every job/career payment is required for services. I do not appreciate those who try to guilt trip me into free art or ask for free art outright. Exposure does not pay my bills or feed me.

Regarding the process:

I will begin the commission once billing is complete. Once the invoice has gone through I will then begin working on the commission. I advice those who are in the commission queue to wait for my response email before taking any further steps. DO NOT PAY unless I have confirmed the commission.

W.I.P emails- I will email a screen cap image of the rough outline/design of your commission. If you wish to make any changes this is the time to do so. Once the outline is approved there will be no further changes done to it. Any additional changes after this phase will cost an additional fee.

PLEASE, DO NOT RUSH ME! Please do not do this, I do not work well being pressured & THE QUALITY OF THE WORK DOES GET AFFECTED. I will keep in contact with you via email regarding your commission an its status so please make sure to check your inbox.
